Refund policy

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot refund Gift Cards, Digital Products or On Sale items. If an issue cannot be resolved and you want to send your order back to us, you may do so at your expense. 

To start a refund request, please contact us at farmafternoonscontact@gmail.com requesting a refund with your photos of your item/s attached.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the photos of your item/s for your refund request and notify you by email as soon as possible, if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the purchase price you have paid minus the shipping charge. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a refund has been approved. Please remember it can take up to three business days for your bank or payment method to process the refund to you. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the item/s .We are happy to Refund or Exchange a Damaged or Defective Print item, though we will not refund for a simple change of mind on a product or wrong size ordered by yourself.  Please read all product descriptions to gain your understanding of product materials, style of item, and measurements. We will refund a wrong size or wrong product error made by us. We will not refund for Delayed Dispatches or Delayed Deliveries. We have no control over Estimated Shipping Time Frames and Rates calculated at Checkout, Delayed Dispatches or Delayed Deliveries. We pride ourselves on our products having the highest standard of quality and durability, therefore we reserve the right to a claim of inadequate quality of material/s for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Hey, things happen right?  Wrong items sent, print not to our standard, damages occur in transit...We get it and we want to make it right for you!
Upon receiving your item, please inspect your purchased item/s. If the item is damaged or broken, wrong or defective print, or if you receive the wrong item/s, please contact us immediately at farmafternoonscontact@gmail.com  We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to refund, re ship or reprint a defective print or damaged item.


Exchanges

If you choose the wrong product, design, size, color etc (hey...it happens and its perfectly ok) and want to correct your order, please contact us immediately by email farmafternoonscontact@gmail.com or our store chat so we can correct your order straight away to ensure your order is not delayed. We cannot change an order once it has been processed & Dispatched.



 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
